§ Mr. HoyI am satisfied that the existing arrangements are adequate to ensure that imports of new potatoes correspond with the definition in the import licensing regulations. It is difficult to assess the effect on the home producer of imports of282W new potatoes in May and June 1964, but it must be borne in mind that the home crop did not reach the market in quantity until about the middle of June.
