§ Sir P. Agnewasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will introduce legislation for a scheme to facilitate the distribution of milk, particularly to old people, in containers holding one-third of a pint.
§ Mr. HoyThe distribution of milk in containers holding one-third of a pint has been facilitated by the Weights and Measures Act, 1963, which, since 31st January, 1964, has permitted the retailing of milk in containers of that size.
