§ Mr. ThorntonThe actual increase in the number of persons, excluding school leavers, who were wholly unemployed in Great Britain exceeded the normal seasonal increase by about 3,100 or 160 per cent. of the normal seasonal increase.
In the corresponding month in 1964, the number decreased by 1,124; the normal seasonal increase was about 2,300.
