§ Mr. Lomasasked the President of the Board of Trade what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government towards the Third International Tin Agreement, in view of the recent official announcement by the Prime Minister of Malaysia that the Malaysian Government would not sign the agreement.
§ Mr. JayI have learnt with concern of the recent announcement by the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Her Majesty's Government has already signed the Third International Tin Agreement which it believes would serve the interests of both producers and consumers of tin.
