§ Mr. Buxtonasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will refer to the Monopolies Commission the proposed take-over of the Agip Petroleum Company by Esso Petroleum, which appears to be in breach of the Monopolies Commission recommendations.
§ Mr. Douglas JayI shall decide whether to refer this merger to the Monopolies Commission in the light of my conclusions on the recommendations in their Report on the Supply of Petrol.
