The proposed teaching hospital is a separate institution under the Rhodesian Government and the action on this must follow the general decision to cease aid to Rhodesia.
§ Mr. Wallasked the Minister of Overseas Development why grants were withdrawn from examiners proceeding to Rhodesia to examine students at the University College, Salisbury.
§ Mrs. CastleThese grants were withheld as part of the general policy of withholding aid following the illegal declaration of independence and were resumed as soon as it was decided to consider the special case of recurrent aid to the University College.
