§ Mr. CrossmanOn the first part of the Question, the Government's plans were announced in the White Paper on the Housing Programme 1965 to 1970, published on 24th November. They envisage a steady increase in building for 391W owner-occupation as part of an overall expansion in the house-building programme to half a million a year in the United Kingdom by 1970.
