§ Mr. George ThomsonThe United Kingdom is a member of the United Nations Committee on the Question of Defining Aggression. That Committee's task is to recommend whether the time is appropriate for the Assembly to resume the study of the question of defining aggression. At its most recent meeting in April, 1965, the Committee decided to defer further consideration of its task.
