There is no standard definition of the terms "chronic sick" and "disabled", nor do the records and accounts of all the various social services 371W fully distinguish between the many categories which they help. Some information about the cost of residential accommodation for sick and disabled people under 65 was circulated in the OFFICIAL REPORT of 1st December last when my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health answered a Question by the hon. Member for Petersfield (Miss Quennell).
