§ Mr. MacDermotReceipts from dog licences in the financial year 1964–65 were £1,073,933. In Scotland the cost of 367W administration is estimated to be about 25 per cent. to 30 per cent. of receipts. In England and Wales dog licences are administered by local authorities, and no estimate of the cost of collection is available.
