§ Mr. GreenwoodIt is for the Federal Government in the first instance to put to me their proposals for development. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Overseas Development and I are of course always ready to help with advice if that is sought, and we shall shortly be taking up with Federal Ministers the use of available resources in the new development period.
