§ 42. Mr. Ioan L. Evansasked the Postmaster-General if he will issue next year a commemorative stamp to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the United Nations Organisation.
§ Mr. BennI commemorated the 20th Anniversary of the United Nations, in conjunction with International Co-operation Year, by the issue of two special stamps on 25th October this year and I do not think another issue so soon would be appropriate.
