§ Mr. Manuelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has studied the Second Report by the Hunter Committee on Scottish Salmon and Trout Fisheries; and what plans he has for introducing legislation on this subject.
§ Mr. RossI have been studying the Report and the comments I have received on it from a number of organisations. I am still awaiting the observations of some of the organisations who were invited to write to me and I should like to consider these carefully before taking any decision on legislation.
