§ Mr. BennIn the main, letters and parcels are delivered safely and speedily. Inevitably there are occasional delays, especially to parcels, due largely to the continuing staff shortage in some of our key offices. We are doing all we can to overcome this difficulty. I shall be writing to the hon. Member about the particular cases to which he has drawn my attention.
