§ 108. Mr. Bakerasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will take steps to raise the standards for bull licensing in England and Wales to those obtaining in Scotland.
§ Mr. John MackieThe hon. Member is under a misapprehension in suggesting that standards for bull licences in England and Wales are lower than those obtaining in Scotland. There are however differences between the licensing systems of the two countries, and my right hon. Friends are reviewing the situation.
