§ Mr. Neaveasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance what would be the annual cost to the National Insurance Fund of paying a pension based on that proportion of the retirement or 197W widow's pension not covered by contributions at the present date to those surviving old people excluded from the National Insurance Scheme in 1948, allowing for the saving on National Assistance.
