§ Mr. Eyreasked the Minister of Land and Natural Resources (1) what procedure will be carried out by the Land Commission in disposing of land for private-house development;
(2) if he will specify the restrictions which will be imposed upon an individual purchaser of a dwellinghouse under the terms of a 999-year lease granted by the Land Commission;
(3) if he will specify the restrictions which will be imposed upon an individual purchaser of a dwellinghouse under the terms of Crownhold;
(4) what formula will be applied in calculating the value of the concession to be deducted from the market price on resale to the Land Commission of a dwellinghouse held under Crownhold.
