§ Mr. MulleyN.A.T.O. was informed of the reorganisation. As my right hon. Friend made clear in his statement to the House on 29th July, one important rôle for the new Reserve Army will be to continue to provide reinforcements which will put our Regular Forces in Europe fully on a war footing.
