§ Mr. James GriffithsOrders have been made exempting underground abstractions throughout most of the Gwynedd and South West Wales River Authority areas, and four of the five other river authorities with areas wholly or partly in Wales are preparing applications to me for Orders. The boundaries of the exempted areas are defined in the Orders.
