§ Mr. Darling.No. The Weights and Measures Act, 1963 already requires many prepacked foodstuffs to be sold only in fixed quantities and there is power to add further foodstuffs and other commodities. Milk from vending machines must be sold either in standard quantities or at the price of 6d. in other quantities which must be indicated.
