Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Minister of Transport what action he is taking to prevent written-off motor cars being rebuilt in an unsatisfactory condition; and whether he will take steps to require the log-books of such cars to be held by either insurance companies or local authorities until an engineer has inspected the rebuilt car.
