§ Mr. Tom FraserUntil recently research indicated that existing means of controlling car exhaust fumes were adequate. But recent reports suggest that these fumes may sometimes raise problems. The matter is being studied further and the motor industry is investigating means of reducing carbon monoxide emissions from cars. If research shows the need, I will consider introducing legislation.
