Mr. Lubbockasked the Prime Minister, in view of the present economic difficulties and the need further to stimulate confidence in the Government's determination to limit public expenditure, whether it remains the policy of Her Majesty's Government to introduce legislation for the nationalisation of steel in the next Session.
