§ Dr. Wyndham Daviesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in view of the lack of scientific evidence of the causes of juvenile delinquency, as distinct from personal opinions, if he will examine the corn prehensive material assembled by Dr. Barnardo's Homes' workers which is not at present being utilised, and provide facilities, manpower and finance to help these efforts by the voluntary societies.
