§ 40. Sir B. Jannerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has now considered the Report of the Committee on Jury Service; and if he will introduce legislation to remove the present anomalies which exist in that service.
§ Miss BaconYes. The Government welcome this report and are in general agreement with the Committee's main recommendations. Most of these will require legislation, which will be prepared and introduced as soon as practicable.
