§ 44. Mr. Kenneth Lewisasked the Postmaster-General whether he will arrange that, when a welfare organisation purchases a television set for loaning out to deserving cases for limited periods of less than one year, the licence for the set may be taken out by the welfare organisation without regard to the number of people having use of the set.
