Friend the Minister of Health and I hope to issue in the autumn a joint circular to local health and local education authorities, with the object of improving the co-ordination of the various health, education and welfare services available to handicapped children and young people. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour has been consulted about the vocational aspects of the circular.
