Member is referring to the case in which the envelope of a letter bearing a prematurely issued Churchill stamp was recovered from the addressee at Milford Haven, the date stamp impression obliterated and the envelope then returned to the addressee. My inquiries into this matter are not yet complete. When they are I will write to the hon. Member.
