§ 42. Mr. Boyd-Carpenterasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government when he proposes to circularise local authorities about the treatment of members of the Armed Forces of the Crown who apply to be placed on housing lists.
§ Mr. CrossmanA circular will be sent to local authorities in about a fortnight reminding them that they should deal with applications for council houses from ex-Servicemen on the basis of their housing need and without regard to length of residence.
