§ Mr. MacCollThe rating of agricultural buildings is being considered as part of the current examination of local government finance and the rating system. My right hon. Friend has nothing to say at present. As regards the second part of the Question, the issue of instructions to valuation officers is a matter for the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
