asked the Postmaster-General whether the stamp issues already announced will be in the accepted commemorative size; on what date it is planned that they will be issued; and what will be their respective denominations, namely, honouring the centenary of the Salvation Army, centenary of the discovery of antiseptic surgery by Joseph Lister, 25th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, Commonwealth Arts Festival, opening of the General Post Office Tower, London, 700th anniversary of Parliament, and Robert Burns, in January, 1966.

There will be at least one stamp not of the normal commemorative size and possible more. The dates and values of the new stamp issues will be as follows:

700th Anniversary of Simon de Montfort's Parliament. 10th June 6d. and 2s. 6d.
Salvation Army Centenary 1st July 3d. and 1s. 6d.
Joseph Lister Centenary 12th Aug. 4d. and 1s.
Commonwealth Arts Festival 1st Sept. 6d. and 1s. 6d.
25th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain. 13th Sept. 4d., 9d. and 1s. 3d.
20th Anniversary of the United Nations. 25th Oct. 3d. and 1s. 6d.
Robert Burns 25th Jan. 4d. and 1s. 3d.

I have not yet fixed a date for the special issue featuring the Post Office Tower.
