Mr. Carmichaelasked the Minister of Labour what is the estimated number of apprenticeships which could be provided for boys in the Glasgow area if Government industrial establishments and municipally-owned undertakings such as ordnance factories, post offices and omnibus garages and building trade establishments accepted boys for training in the normal industrial ratio.
