§ Lord Balnielasked the Minister of Health what consideration he has given to amending Section 17 of the Nurses Act, 1957, so as to enable registered nurses who possess university degrees and teaching diplomas of universities to become registered tutors without first having to take the full two years course leading to the Sister Tutor's Diploma.
