§ Mr. Brewisasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the appeal of Mr. David Baird was heard in connection with the refusal of planning permission for a caravan site at Minnigaff; when he expects to announce his decision; and what is the reason for the delay.
§ Mr. RossI received on 24th February the report of the appeal heard on 29th October last. This proposal raises very considerable difficulties and I am anxious not to give a decision until I am clear that all the possibilities have been explored.
