§ Mr. BottomleyMy hon. Friend visited Malta from 8th to 11th April at the invitation of the Prime Minister, Dr. Borg Olivier. My hon. Friend was glad to have this opportunity of meeting a large number of people there, and of acquainting himself with the special problems of the Maltese islands, and how they are being tackled.
