Mr. Gowerasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he is aware of inconvenience caused to residents in the Coryton area of Whitchurch, Glamorgan, by the recent closing of pedestrian access to Manor Way; and if he will reconsider this matter in the light of correspondence from the hon. Member for Barry.
§ Mr. FinchI am aware that the closing of the unauthorised pedestrian access to Manor Way in the Coryton area may have caused some inconvenience but it was necessary on traffic and safety grounds.
