The information necessary to enable the Kensington High Street 1ocal office to deal with the inquiry unfortunately went astray in transit from our Central Office at Newcastle. An acknowledgement was however sent to the insured person on 17th February, and an interim letter on 23rd March. I am writing to the hon. Lady.
