§ Mr. MacCollThis matter is dealt with under the planning control provisions of Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1962. So far as my right hon. Friend is concerned both the control and the policy adopted in exercising it apply equally to private and local authority development. As regards decisions given by local planning authorities he would expect the same impartiality to apply.
