§ Mr. GunterThe report sent to me by the hon. Member for Stoke-on-Trent, South (Mr. Ellis Smith) refers to inadequate heating arrangements, and broken windows, at a foundry at Hanley. H.M. Inspector of Factories was already aware of these and I have written to the hon. Member to assure him that remedial action is being taken.
