§ Mr. Tom FraserYes. Provision for these payments is being made in the Finance Bill. In the initial period, pending the passage of the Bill, they will be made from an advance from the Civil Contingencies Fund. Forms and instructions for claiming relief will be sent to operators in the next few days.
