§ Mr. OramSubject to the formal approval of the Nigerian Government and the University of Ibadan, my Ministry 157W is prepared to provide financial assistance for an experiment to be mounted at the University of Ibadan into the uses of the initial teaching alphabet in teaching non-English speaking children to read.
