§ 41. Dr. Millerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what the outcome was of the meeting between the Scottish Local 68W Authorities' Special Housing Group and the Joint Under-Secretary of State for Scotland in the City Chambers in Glasgow on 26th February last.
§ Mr. RossAt the chairman's invitation, the Joint Under-Secretary of State attended this meeting of the Steering Committee of the Group. He did so in order to indicate the importance attached by the Government to the Group's work, and he was glad to join in the Committee's consideration of joint building programmes using industrialised building methods, which point the way to co-operative progress by other Scottish local authorities.
