§ Commander Purseyasked the President of the Board of Trade if, in the light of the new evidence of fraudulent practice in Hull, made available to him by the hon. Member for Kingston upon Hull, East, since 18th March, he will now set up an inquiry under Section 165 of the Companies Act, 1948, into the affairs of the Universal Health Studios Limited.
§ Mr. DarlingI have considered the further information provided by my hon. and gallant Friend. There do not appear to be grounds for the appointment of an inspector under Section 165 of the Companies Act, 1948, to investigate the affairs of the company.
