§ 52. Mr. Alldrittasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will expedite the public inquiry into the objection lodged against the compulsory purchase order in respect of 407 and 415, Scotland Road, Liverpool, having regard to the fact that this matter has been proceeding since November, 1949, and there is an urgent need for this site.
§ Mr. MellishMy right hon. Friend and his right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department have arranged for the inquiry to take place on 1st June.
