Mr. Spriggsasked the Minister of Labour what was the average number of female workers signing the register for employment in the constituency of St. Helens in each year since 1960 and up to the latest convenient date; if he will give the figures as a percentage for the same period; and what special measures he will take to deal with this problem in the St. Helens area.
