§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will make a further statement on the progress of negotiations with the Spanish Government on the situation in Gibraltar.
§ Mr. M. StewartMy right hon. Friend the Colonial Secretary and I are arranging to publish a White Paper informing the House about our differences with Spain over Gibraltar and of the position taken by Her Majesty's Government. The White Paper will be laid during the next few days and I would ask my hon. Friend to await its appearance.
