§ Mr. BennAs I said in reply to Questions earlier this month, I am currently reviewing Post Office policy with regard to the issue of postage stamps. Once that review is completed I will let the hon. Member know whether or not I can meet his request: but I cannot undertake to do this by the 30th November.
