§ Mr. Joseph SlaterIn towns areas we do not normally provide a new post office within a mile of an existing office, nor a new posting box within a quarter of a mile of an existing box. But these standards are not inflexible: and if my hon. and gallant Friend has in mind any particular part of Hull in which he thinks we ought to provide a new post office or posting box, and will let me have details, I will gladly look into the matter.
