§ Mr. Roy JenkinsWe are introducing value analysis measures on certain major aircraft and guided weapons projects. In addition, I understand that the Ministry of Defence are considering asking a firm of management consultants to undertake pilot studies in the field of Army equipment. The response by industry has been encouraging; many companies are now putting the principles of value analysis into operation.
