§ 78. Mr. Hefferasked the Minister of Labour if he will take steps to alter the constitution of Remploy, with the object of making it less a commercial undertaking and more of a service to the disabled employed by it.
§ Mr. MarshNo. I consider that the greatest service to the severely disabled men and women employed by Remploy is the provision of employment which approximates as nearly as possible to work in ordinary industry.
